Great lawyer

Ben helped me through my car accident. He was very personable and easy to contact; he was patient with any and all questions. Ben was able to make legal and insurance jargon understandable, so I was very clear on what was happening every step of the way and why we were taking those steps. He was very... attentive and thorough which helped me think about everything that I could tell him that would assist our side of the case. The outcome of the case was better than what I had ever expected, but I would have never achieved it without his help and expertise.

very quick process

Accident in Feb. and settled in August that's in the same year. Can't say enough good things about Ben.If you want results fast and a very nice guy to handle your claim then you should go with Ben, we are very happy with our settlement.

Highly Recomended Lawyer

I am so glad I hired Ben to help me after my injury from a car accident. I initially didn't hire an attorney to help me after the accident. After all my medical treatment, the insurance company of the at fault driver wouldn't pay all of my bills. I was going to cave and pay what bills were left, even... though I knew it was unfair. That's when I was referred to Ben. He made the process easy and got all my bills plus some taken care of. I just wish I had went to see him sooner! Don't ever hesitate hiring a lawyer after being injured in an accident. Some insurance companies will take advantage any way they can.
