James Baker filed a civil case on my behalf, then pursued it vigorously and mostly to my satisfaction until shortly before and during trial, when he abruptly requested dismissal of a key defendant wishing to settle, inexplicably abandoned claims/individual defendants and created a plaintiff consequen...ce he withheld from me until too late to rectify. Although I won my major claim, IMO those who benefited most from Baker’s legal strategy were he and my State defendants.
