Horrible Judge to an appeals case. Yelled at me several times throughout the hearing. Received his judgement back and none of it was based on anything said in the hearing. He didn’t even take the time to listen to the transcript. There were zero facts that he based his finding on. None of what he sta...ted in his decision letter was true and none of it was said by either party!! Unemployment appeals website said their appeal hearings are designed for the claimant to represent themselves. This is absolutely untrue. There was a biased towards the other party because they hired a lawyer at the last minute. This man does not follow the law and should be disbarred!! He is lazy and didn’t even take the time to listen to the transcript! I would be less upset losing my case if he had actually done his due diligence and not concocted a story from memory. Horrible person and shitty leader in our Central Illinois community!
