could have done better myself
After hiring and paying the retainer fee, Mr. Alvarez did not communicate anything with me. He never returned phone calls, only an occasional email, and let the opposing lawyer walk all over him and me. He kept saying "That's the way it is". Lousy representation. I would have had a better chanc...
