I was referred to Mr. Hoblit after my father’s attorney did not probate his will 10 years ago. I needed to sell the family home and Mr. Hoblit took the case and he seemed to expedite it so the sell of the home could go through in a timely manner. He was professional and very helpful. I am writing this review because of the extremely poor service provided by John Hoblit. Actually sisnt perform is a betrwr prescription. First off, you will have to tell him the same thing over and over, when you can get ahold of him. 5 calls in 2 weeks before a return call. This happened multiple ti...mes. He filled out my discovery incorrectly after 3 meetings with him, trying to get him corrected. He will not fill out anything while you are there, thats why it was submitted incorrectly. I have terminated him for lack of effort. You will pay him for nothing. I never received any invoice describing work performed, still to this day. You WILL be put on the back burner. I have a detailed description, dates times of calls and lack of returning them. I will be filing a report to the ARDC against him. I would never use this attorney, if thats what you call that. Beware! You will be disappointed if you use this firm. There will also be a run in all the local papers around Clinton this year on his performance with more detail. Again... BEWARE!!!!!!
