Gina Vonderheide is unprofessional, dishonest and Gaslighting.

I dealt with Gina Vonderheide 3/2025. For starters she was unprofessional, dishonest & gaslighting. Gina had made a deal and gave me a card with "Ruth Woolery" on it and had the audacity to be angry with me when I was unable to get in contact with her. Gina had made the agreement at my first c...ourt date to look at a video & drop it if the officer actually clocked me and wrote the info incorrectly and if that I would not have to come back to court if that was the case. I was never able to get in contact with her before my court date while I was continuing to try to get in contact with Ruth! Then my second court date came I returned to court found out she had only requested the video that morning a month from the first court date. Then lied to the judge stating she never agreed to dismiss the ticket so at the point reneged on the original areement. She asked for an extension to look at the video. So now she gives me another court date(3rd court date)and tells me she will call me. I get a phone appointment scheduled. She calls tells me she watched the video and says its blurry and she can't see the speed and then tells me I have the right to a trial but she can clearly see I was speeding. I asked her then what did it clock me at and she says tells me a different speed from what he wrote and from what he actually says to us he clocked me. She proceeded to tell me the traffic stop did not happen as I told it. I have two witnesses and it is recorded. I called her out she got mad and hung up on me but not after she told me the reason she changed her mind was because I made her upset and she had to deal with me. When I asked her office for a complaint number or information they proceeded to tell me they didn't have any number or info on how to file a complaint. I encourage anyone who has issues with the states attorney's have the correct information Illinois Attorney Registery and Discipliary Commission 312-565-2600.
