My wife and I had met with Dan about an unrelated case for a free consultation before hiring him for the cases we did. One of these cases was a set amount not to go over or under for him to represent us through out the proceedings, the other was so much down and then paid as needed. Dan seemed very u...ninterested in our cases and more if we could pay because the first thing he said was that "we had our free consult so this one was going to be $75" which we agreed. He was very inattentive during our meeting other then to tell us what he charged but after I gave him $2000 in cash he at least pretended to care. He did not return phone calls, gave us very bad legal advice, and actually said he had" made friends" with the person who our case was against. He later secretly got remove from the case that was a set fee with representation through to the end of. The only way we found out was looking at the docket online and seeing a court date we were unaware of. He did not represent us like we had hoped, and even hurt us with the bad advise that made us look noncompliant. In our case that is a time consuming and difficult one Dan just did not seem to live up to our expectations
