Todd R. Eyler

I hired Mr. Eyler in February of 2015, to handle my divorce. In May, a proposal was put on the table by my ex-wife's attorney. I told him to accept it. He did not. Over the course of the year, he informed me of court dates via email, which was perfect, because I check it daily. When my final court da...te came around, in December, I defaulted, because I never received the notification he claims he mailed in a letter (yet, I've received all the bills his office has sent). I then asked him to file a Motion to Reconsider, which took 4 weeks for him to file, and has never gone to court. By July of 2016, I hadn't seen my kids since November of 2015 (because of my ex making excuses not to bring them to our designated rendezvous point), so I asked him to file a Petition to Show Cause, which never happened. By the end of September 2016, he filed a Motion to Withdraw. Essentially, he did pretty much nothing for my case and left me high and dry with an over $4,000 bill.
