Clear guidance

When my estranged father died, I didn't know where to start because, unbeknownst to me, his will documents had been removed from the house. Christine answered my call and spoke with me about possible next actions. Once his will was returned and placed where it could be easily found, I followed up wit...h Christine and she spoke with me again as to next steps. Christine would be my first choice through the legal process if there had been any further legal action needed from me.

My third and most effective lawyer

Christine was recommended by Child and Family services after I got myself in a bind by firing my previous lawyer and stood trial alone against a notorious criminal/family/divorce lawyer in Madison County. After almost five years of deliberations and continuances by my ex-husband's lawyer, she won my ...case. She is honest and friendly unlike most lawyers Ive come across. I highly recommend her. Meticulous record keeping and runs her office/billing herself so there is no run around and when you call, you speak directly to her.

Absolutely the worst attorney ever! Do not waste your money on her!

Do not hire this attorney! I had her as my attorney for a child custody case for almost 2 years and all she did was charge me money and not request an emergency hearing for me to get payment from my ex-husband on the THOUSANDS of dollars that he owes me on his half of things for the kids, even after ...I told her I needed the money and was being drained by him. There were 7 continuances with my case and 2 weeks before trial, Christine puts in a notice to withdraw from the case based on not receiving a recent payment. Maybe if she would fight for her clients to recover the THOUSANDS owed to them, she’d have her money too! If you are a women, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN! She did not know that I know a man she’s currently representing, and she works hard on his case so that he doesn’t have to pay his ex-wife anything! She shows up to court with 50 exhibits for that case to try to convince the judge that the mom of 4 is hiding money, when it’s actually the dad who doesn’t even see the kids on a regular basis and owes over $20,000 in back child support. I think she is a woman hater and likes to see women with kids suffer, especially if it is not a high profile case to make tons of money on. She didn’t feel like being bothered on a lower monetary case and didn’t want to do the work that needed to be done. The amount of evidence I have in my case is overwhelming. My ex isn’t even allowed to call the police anymore because they caught him making false police reports on me and Christine has done absolutely nothing for this case, but charge money and sit on her fanny. Feel free to message me to get more information on the things Christine pulled as my attorney recently. I’m under Kristy Middendorff on facebook. I don’t want to see anyone else get taken by this woman!

Best attorney I've had.

Christine is the third attorney I've had on my child support case. I am the non custodial parent. The judge and the court have completely railroaded me with my last attorneys and when I was with myself. Gave me no consideration at all. Since I was put in touch with Christine, she has not only been fa...ir with her monetary charges, she has put forward a lot of effort to ensure that I have been getting a fair chance, and some time with my child. Which is why stark contrast from the other attorneys I've had. I recommend her to anybody who is looking for an honest, fair, and hard working support/custody attorney. She is a huge relief from the two snakes I got duped by previously.
