Trust assistance

Best attorney I have ever worked with!

I recently purchased a house directly from the seller with no real estate agents involved and I couldn't have had a better real estate attorney than Anthony! He is very knowledgeable about real estate transactions and law. From our very first meeting, he explained everything to me in terms I could ea...sily understand and was always very responsive whenever I had questions. He guided me every single step of the way and made sure that the whole operation (inspection, contract review, title, etc.) ran smoothly without any hiccups. I highly recommend and will work with Anthony again for not only my future real estate transactions but also for my estate planning. Thank you Anthony for all your help!

Sales Contract

After consultation with multiple firms, we felt most comfortable moving forward with Anthony at Crowder & Scoggins. He helped us lock in an engineering sales contract with one of our largest customers. We felt most comfortable moving forward with Anthony as he sincerely took the time to fully underst...and the intricacies of the agreement we were proposing. He was thoughtful with our input as he guided us through the process. We were happy with where we netted out, not only in quality, but also in price and timing. We plan to use Anthony for our future legal needs.

Business help

Mr. Steinmetz handled a transaction that my previous attorney was unable to do anything about. Best was how he explained the ins and outs to me, really took the time to make sure I understood all aspects of the deal including the legal and financial risks.
