Excellent Service

I have a little more experience with attorneys than I probably should, as my custody and child support issues were ongoing for about 8 years, through multiple states. When an extremely negative issue affecting my child during visitation with the non-custodial party was discovered through professional... services, the "lawyer hunt" began once again, in a new state to us. After discussing the case with several attorneys who vaired in approach and experience, my own personal experience pointed me toward Kelly Garret-Hicks. As it turns out, I've learned something over the years about good and bad counsel, and my trust was well placed in Kelly. For as difficult as our situation was, Kelly handled all things with complete professionalism, composure, and compassion. Her knowledge of local area procedures was an asset, as was her grounded approach to issues. While a case's outcome is not always 100% representative of counsel alone, I do believe that Kelly navigated rough matters quickly, and with efficiency that is rarely found in counsel these days. Kelly is well versed in family issues, and her advice is centered on realistic, goal-oriented informtion that is consistent with law and best interests. Representation by Kelly brought an end to years of courtroom combativeness, and I think anyone would be making a good decision to have her as an advisor.
