I HAVE BEEN A REAL ESTATE BROKER FOR ABOUT FIFTY YEARS SELLING FARMS IN SEVERAL STATES, THE LAST TWENTY-FIVE-PLUS YEARS I HAVE USED THE BLAKE LAW FIRM WHENEVER POSSIBLE FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS MATTERS, FOR THE LAST SIX OR SEVEN YEARS NATHAN LINKS HAS BEEN A BIG ASSET IN HELPING US CLEAR UP MANY REA...L ESTATE ISSUES INCLUDING EASEMENTS, BOUNDARY DISPUTES, ETC, IN ONE INSTANT ONE OF THE BANKS I HAVE WORKED WITH OVER THE YEARS CALLED ME TO MARKET A FARM THEY HAD REPO AFTER RECEIVING THE PAPERWORK FROM THEM I DISCOVERED THAT PART OF THE FARM WAS NEVER DEEDED FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER TO THE BUYER, THEN AFTER LOOKING FURTHER I FOUND THE MORTGAGE DID NOT INCLUDE A QUARTER- QUARTER SECTION OF THE LAND CONVEYED SO THE BUYER OWNED IT FREE AND CLEAR, AFTER CONSULTING WITH NATHAN LINKS I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL OWNER GIVE THE BANK A QUITCLAIM DEED ON THE PARCEL THAT WAS NOT CONVEYED AND ALSO ABLE TO CONVINCE THE BUYER TO QUITCLAIM THE PARCEL WITH NO MORTGAGE TO THE BANK. NATHAN LINKS IS A VERY LEVEL HEADED ATTORNEY WITH COMMON SENSE WHICH SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN MOST PEOPLE TODAY

Estate planning at its best

Nathan help me and my wife with our estate planning. He did a great job with what we needed. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with their estate planing.

Wonderful

Nathan handled my dad's estate and was very good at telling me everything so I could understand it. He was very aggressive in court and got everything handled great!

Excellent lawyer

Nathan prepared my estate planning documents. He was very knowledgeable in this area of law. He was professional and friendly and he gave great advice as we proceeded with my will, trust, health care power of attorney and durable power of attorney. Would definitely recommend him to others.
