I HAVE BEEN A REAL ESTATE BROKER FOR ABOUT FIFTY YEARS SELLING FARMS IN SEVERAL STATES, THE LAST TWENTY-FIVE-PLUS YEARS I HAVE USED THE BLAKE LAW FIRM WHENEVER POSSIBLE FOR PERSONAL AND BUSINESS MATTERS, FOR THE LAST SIX OR SEVEN YEARS NATHAN LINKS HAS BEEN A BIG ASSET IN HELPING US CLEAR UP MANY REA...L ESTATE ISSUES INCLUDING EASEMENTS, BOUNDARY DISPUTES, ETC, IN ONE INSTANT ONE OF THE BANKS I HAVE WORKED WITH OVER THE YEARS CALLED ME TO MARKET A FARM THEY HAD REPO AFTER RECEIVING THE PAPERWORK FROM THEM I DISCOVERED THAT PART OF THE FARM WAS NEVER DEEDED FROM THE ORIGINAL OWNER TO THE BUYER, THEN AFTER LOOKING FURTHER I FOUND THE MORTGAGE DID NOT INCLUDE A QUARTER- QUARTER SECTION OF THE LAND CONVEYED SO THE BUYER OWNED IT FREE AND CLEAR, AFTER CONSULTING WITH NATHAN LINKS I WAS ABLE TO HAVE THE ORIGINAL OWNER GIVE THE BANK A QUITCLAIM DEED ON THE PARCEL THAT WAS NOT CONVEYED AND ALSO ABLE TO CONVINCE THE BUYER TO QUITCLAIM THE PARCEL WITH NO MORTGAGE TO THE BANK. NATHAN LINKS IS A VERY LEVEL HEADED ATTORNEY WITH COMMON SENSE WHICH SEEMS TO BE LACKING IN MOST PEOPLE TODAY

Would recommend for family law

Nathan handled our divorce case very well. It was as smooth as I could hope a divorce case could go. Recommend to him if anyone has the need.

Wonderful

Nathan handled my dad's estate and was very good at telling me everything so I could understand it. He was very aggressive in court and got everything handled great!

Easement Dispute

I've worked with, Mr. Link, on an easement dispute. He was very knowledgeable and rectified the issue in a timely matter. Mr. Link very helpful, working through a very difficult issue. Mr. Link and his office made the process seem simpler than I imagined it would be. I would definitely do business wi...th him, again.
