I cannot believe anyone who really knows this man would willfully choose to hire him. Who pays to be blatantly ignored and disrespected?? Don't make the same horrendous mistake I did thinking that I would come out ahead. What a disgrace. In several critical situations where I desperately needed lega...l advice as to how to proceed, I called the office and NEVER received so much as a return phone call. Others I have spoken with experienced the exact same treatment. If you want to be ignored, demeaned, disrespected, and dismissed, this is your guy. He will ask your opinion & do the opposite, and schmooze and concede to the other counsel so much you will wonder who he is actually representing. At a high-anxiety time when you need someone who is competent AND compassionate, you will have neither with him. Do not entrust your future to someone who shows so little regard for his clients.

Mr. Courtney did a great job with my divorce case. He was very knowledgeable of the law, and did an excellent job bringing my case to a successful resolution. I like the fact that he was extremely straightforward with me and did not give me false expectations. He was able to tell me from the very ...beginning what to expect and I felt he was always prepared for the hearings.

Do not hire this attorney. He does not communicate well. He will not return calls or emails, and at times refused to set an appointment with me, even though I paid his bill EVERY month! He was very biased from the beginning and only worked with the other side, even though he told me otherwise. AN...YBODY is better than Charles Courtney!
