Terry Lee Peebles

I was referred & hired Atty. Terry Peebles to complete an Eviction process against one of my tenants. She had 5 children and was very pregnant. A tough case. Atty. Peebles Filed my case in court to have my tenant served the same day, he received my payment. His assistant called me to inform me of sam...e. She called me the same day the tenant was properly served notice. She called me to inform me of the court date - Jan.?3rd, 2017- Today. It is 10AM on Jan. 3rd and Atty. Peebles just called to let me know the judge ordered the tenant to be out of my premises, no later than Jan. 24th, 2017. as that is the date, I can regain possession of my property. All the while, this pregnant woman is agonizing in apparent pain from her late stage pregnancy. Atty. Peebles apologized that she would not be evicted sooner, but the judge felt she would be giving birth within the next week or two. However, I am thrilled that a judgement was made! I asked Atty. Peebles how long he had been studying law. He said "over 45 years". I am thankful that I had strong representation, especially in being able to successfully handle such a "squirelly" case. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING HIS SERVICES. And will not hesitate in using him for all my Tenant/Landlord disputes in the future. I am Very, Very Satisfied with his services.
