Robert Duke Bas

Robert has been my family lawyer for the past 4 years. He helped my Uncle on drug cases in Madison County and in St. Louis City. He helped me get out of a criminal theft charge and he also helped my grandma with her wills and estate planning needs. I was a worried mess! It was my second DUI and if i got convicted, i would lose my job. i knew i messed up and was completely honest with the officer during the traffic stop. I really thought i was a goner. Mr. Bas reviewed the police report and video, hired a DUI expert and and pointed numerous ...flaws in the handling of the DUI by the officer. After a long, two-day trial, Mr. Bas convinced the Judge that I was not DUI and the State was unable to make its case! This was after i admitted to the cop that if i took a breath test, i would be over the legal limit. Mr. Bas did such a great job with the officer that he did not feel the need to put on a case. It worked! I thank Mr. Bas for using all of his resources to get me a not guilty verdict. I was in deep trouble looking at 13 years on a meth case. I had three felonys a class 2,1,& x. Mrs bas was able to get my two worst ones dropped and just probation on my class 2. If it werent for him id be in prison for a long time and i broke my bond twice before it was all said n done he was still ...able to help me out.
