The morning after being arrested for DUI, given two additional citations (one moving violation and one mechanical) and facing license suspension for a refusal to blow, I contacted a friend who is an attorney. I was charged with a felony and misdemeanor. I have a CDL and was only passing through the County. The first lawyer, failed to file anything to get rid of my suspension.
