Attorney Bas' work saved my job and my life!

I went to Robert on a referral since the first attorney was not willing to travel outside of his county to handle my case. Robert charged a higher fee, due to longer travel from Edwardsville to Springfield, Illinois, but it was a wise investment. The case had a number of testifying witnesses and ton...s of paperwork. When the case was done, the people in the courtroom seemed impressed, as was I! He is extremely polite and respectful, but knows when to be aggressive and uses it to his advantage in court. In the end, my felony child abduction charge was dismissed! My job and my life were both saved! I highly recommend Robert!

Professional, Genuine Person!

In my experience with Robert Bas he has offered genuine support, guidance, and professionalism on my case. The maze of the legal system can bring a person a since of confusion on what choices should be made in a legal situation. When I was cited by an officer I was very fearful because I had no idea ...what I was supposed to do. Our first scheduled appointment he gave me an incredible peace of mind because he showed me my options and what route he believed to be the best one. He analytically dissected my case and was able to dismiss my charge of the case. After working with Mr. Bas I quickly learned that he was not only a strategic intelligent lawyer ,but a individual that has integrity in his decisions and for that I am very grateful for his help in my situation.

The man with the plan

First off I would like to say that i went to a couple different lawyers before I went to bob. I was told only that I was going to be convicted and to expect the worst. I was then referred to Robert Bas who basically saved me. Not only did he get my alleged DUI offense reduced to a reckless miscond...uct, but also dismissed an alleged speeding ticket, seatbelt offense, improper lane usage, a driving on a suspended license charge, and a failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident tickets!! He was extremely helpful in not only representing me on my offenses, but also giving me helpful advice on how to avoid any future misconduct. I couldn't recommend a better attorney to represent me in any future or past encounters.

Great Service

Mr. Bas took care of a charge for me. He did an excellent job in getting it dismissed. He kept me informed and made things as easy as possible for me. He is very professional and knowledgeable about DUI law.

Case

He’s terrible. I gave him a 5k retainer for a state case. He act like he didn’t know I had a federal hold. Took my money and handed me to the feds.

  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
