I have been involved in litigation for years and had the opportunity to see large number of attorneys in action. Domestic litigation (divorce or child custody) is a highly emotionally charged time. There are attorneys who will happily charge you hundreds of dollars an hour to soothe you emotional...ly and tell you what an amazing person you are and what a horrible person your (soon to be) ex is.
