I would not recommend this attorney based on my experience. My case was not handled with the level of organization, communication, or care I expected. Throughout the process, I often felt like I had to constantly follow up, push for answers, and stay on top of things myself. What has been most ...disappointing is how things have been handled after settlement. After everything I went through, I expected my attorney to be focused on my best interests and helping bring the situation to a close. Instead, I have felt pressured, unheard, and like the financial side of the case has taken priority over what I actually need as the client. Do not expect special attention or consistent communication, and based on my experience, be prepared for the possibility that getting your settlement funds after the case is over may not be as simple or timely as you expect. I personally would steer clear and choose an attorney who is more organized, communicative, and client-focused.
