Had a simple failure to stop at a stop sign. My only priors are just seat belt violations and one no insurance with one speeding. I had a decent defense and informed him of it and he told me he would "get me taken care of for 100" so the court day came along and I heard nothing for 3 days and I gave... them a call asking what happened. "You got placed on supervision and the fine was an extra 20 dollars" well low and behold I was found guilty on that date and I'm finding this out 3 days before my liscense is being suspended that I was not placed on supervision but found guilty. But the problem is it was my insurance company telling me. Frosting asks me to come in and discuss the matter and he told me he could reschedule this court day and retestify since my liscense is suspended for double the original price and said they turned him down as soon as they seem him come to represent me.
