Divorce and property dispute

He filed my divorce, that's about all. I had paperwork to provide that would have nailed my ex for purgery and to dispute many other issues, which he did not bother with. He "forgot" to provide me with the judge's decision to the point I was going to be in trouble for not responding in a timely manne...r. He did nothing to help my case.

an up hill battle involving a traffic stop without justifiable cause

i would recommend Mr.Reardon. he is a peoples attorney that fights for what he belives in. a hand shake and a persons word used to be worth any amount of money. this is one lawyer that this still holds true. his secretary could use a little work as far as getting him important information and making ...phone calls on changed court dates. you cant blame him. he is very busy and returned calls when he had the time. Mr.Reardon fights for your rights as much as the laws will allow and then some. you know just as well as i do the laws are not for the american people anymore. give him a chance and you will not be dissapointed.

Client Review

Todd has repeatedly ignored urgent requests to return my calls. He also has ignored my concerns and wishes on resolving my case. He cancelled court on time phoning the judge that he had a verbal agreemant with my ex wife and didnt even call me to let me know and I took the afternoon off work and sat ...in the courthouse for an hour before someone in the judges chamber ask me if I needed help? He has cost me thousands of dollars by allowing child support to be taken from my paycheck even though the children were living with me! His bill to me didnt even give me credit for all the money I payed him and after 2 calls to his secretary to try to correct this error no one has returned my calls!!

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
