She is a real piece of work. She is quite possibly the sloppiest attorney I have ever seen. She does not meet deadlines, follow orders or know her cases. In fact, I think her only objective is to financially bury the opposing side, which is misconduct in my opinion because she certainly does not ...represent the law . Shameful that she is allowed to stay in practice and because there are no family attorneys left in Danville, people do not have other choices. She provides her "expert" opinion but follows through on nothing. A real joke! I guess that is how she keeps her income stream moving...by dragging out cases that should have ended months ago.

Ms Hussmann-Rogers represented my spouse in a divorce case. He controlled all of our money, so I could not get an attorney. She claimed she was willing to negotiate a property settlement and told the judge we did not need a mediator. But she was totally inflexible, sticking to his unreasonable dem...ands and pulling tricks like not sending me copies of documents in a timely fashion, yet telling the judge she had mailed them on time (which was disproved by the postmarks when they finally showed up). She is not to be trusted.
