Furthermore, it was very evident that she ACTUALLY CARED about what we needed help with - what a novel feeling! We were aware we weren't going to make her rich on our business alone, but it was clear that Julie's heart was in the right place and that she is in this to help everyone she can. She handled our transaction with the upmost class. I never got the feeling she was trying to delay any proceeding to bill us more (which I only mention because the other party's counsel was doing this so badly it became quite sad).
