So I am writing this because sometimes a person goes so far above and beyond you have to tell the world, in my case I used the service way back in 2011, it came back up in 2014 and with a smile it was handled and now it’s 2021 that’s 10 years later and I find myself looking at old correspondence bet...ween her and I just to remember the feeling she gave my family I highly recommend them and would change nothing except not saying thank you enough

Doesnt communicate...does not return phone calls...or emails...set.us.up for a chapter 7 but after almost a year now switching it to a 13 which is what.it should have been at the beginning.. and now asking for more $$ too. Could have been a year into it already. Do not tske her as an attorney!!! ....

She is amazing when you go to talk to her and she communicates well up to and including your bankruptcy ......but after wards look out she stops returning calls , if you drop by her office she is never in I hate saying bad things about a good person however i feel if you need a lawyer you should have... one to talk to you even after you file in case you get a letter from your trustee that you do not understand.

I never knew an attorney to be so down-to-earth and easy to talk to. She made me feel at ease and alleviated my concerns. I had never filed bankruptcy before, so everything was new to me, and I was really nervous. Ms. Manuel was always by my side, every step of the way, explaining the process and ...talking me through the hearing. She answered all my questions, and gave me a lot more of her time than I expected. I always got a prompt response to e-mails or phone calls. And she seemed to take a personal interest in my life. She was just the greatest!
