I was unfortunately a victim of greedy business partners trying to push me out of a business that I helped build from the ground up ( it’s A Wrap Automotive LLC), while also trying not to pay a dime to buy me out. Fortunately for me I was referred to Aaron by a mutual friend and he was not only ab...le to clear my name from the false allegations that were being said about me but also make it so I could walk away from the toxic environment that I was in and start something new without the financial burdens that were being forced on me by my ex business partners. Aaron is the type of lawyer that knows business and tax law very well, but what differentiates and makes him greater than any other lawyer I have worked with is his passion to make sure his client is making the best moves possible. Going through something like this is very stressful and even though I pride myself on having a lot of self-control. I found that the stress was clouding my judgment at times. Thankfully in many occasions Aaron was able to respectfully make his opinions on some of the poor decisions I wanted to make and give me better options that would put me in a greater position to succeed in the future. In short he was able to call me down enough so I can see things a lot more clearly. Attorney Aaron Wiener is a top-notch lawyer. We worked with him for months straight to come up with extensive and intricate cyber polices for an enterprise app we were developing. There were about eight different custom legal documents that had to made from scratch relating to this project. The leve...l of detail and overall thought process put into each legal document was intensive and required a great deal of intellect, innovation, attention to detail, and communication on Aaron's end. Aaron not only knows cyber law but is excellent to work with on customer service level. He made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process. The result is that we got what we were looking for and I can sleep at night knowing that our risk factor is much lower compared to having this complex multi-facet project done in-house or through a less qualified attorney. Aaron is certainly not the cheapest, but the saying "you get what you pay for" applies here unequivocally. I do still consider his fees reasonably priced for his skill level, though. If you are looking an A+ attorney for anything related to cyber law, look no further. Aaron is the one you want to hire.
