Todd Miller lacked focus and drive for my case. The night before the court date, Todd was calling late at night to get minor details (things that should have been discussed prior). He tried to put a case together the night before and failed miserably. Also, he focused on issues that were not perti...nent to me getting a fair share in this divorce, which caused me to lose everything, including my kids. I would not recommend this attorney. Willing to take your money, but not willing to do the work.

I am a self employed dad with 1 child. Went through a long child support battle because I was a 1099 not W2 earner. District 4 is very unfair towards 1099 earners. Todd worked hard to educate me on what was happening and he worked hard to get the best result he could in my situation. My daughter ...was a very high concern to him and he is just a class guy! Todd Miller basically took my retainer and then told me that my case was a loser and that he had no intention of defending me. After several arguments, one of which he informed me that he shouldn't have taken my money, Miller actually took the time to read the case law that I was questioning and det...ermined that I was correct. Miller ended up actually winning my case, but at the unnecessary cost of several thousand dollars.
