I have known Jim Ginzkey for approximately 13 years. My husband and I have retained him for services as well as called upon him for legal advice. I have referred friends and/or acquaintences to him for services and legal advice. Jim is extremely knowledgeable and honest. I have found that if he d...id not feel he was the best attorney suitable for advice on a specific matter he would provide a name of another attorney he felt could better assist. Jim is of excellent moral character. He is involved in the community. He is an honorable and trustworthy friend.

Wrongful death of my wife and partner

Jim is dedicated, diligent and a professional in his conduct of legal services. There was never an occasion when he fell short of expectations. He represented his clients with the objective of doing what is right and lawful to the best of his ability.
