His best field of practice is feeding you a good positive ending to your situation, then says that you can either pay him a large one time up front fee, or pay him 30-36% when he wins your case. But he doesn't throw in that he has no plans to pursue your case, he'll already be in the process of talki...ng with the other attorney in settling out of court and he won't care what they offer because if you paid the up front fee he's got his money, and he won't reimburse a dime! He couldn't even show up for my first court hearing and was already in the process of settlement talks with the other attorney. He increases the amount on the filing fees that he bills you because due to pure greed he wants more to put in his pocket. If you want any copies of documents he makes you pay extra for them. Steer clear of this attorney unless you want to throw money to the wind!!!
