Attorney Riley although out of the jurisdiction that I caught my offenses, assisted in filing my petitions electronically through the courts! The State’s Attorney Objected to the petitions and as promised, Attorney Riley was there to answer my phone call to give me a date that she could appear in cou...rt on my behalf! Two weeks later Attorney Riley arrived ahead of schedule and 30 seconds later my cases were sealed/expunged. Even the local Attorney’s came into the hallway and praised Attorney Riley! Her presence set a tone that will be forever remembered by those in the courtroom today!! Thank You Attorney Riley!!!

I went and consulted with Mrs. Riley about cases that I wanted to have expunged off my record. I’ve been unable to obtain a CDL drivers license due to me being charged with one ecstasy pill. Yes, one ecstasy pill more than 12 years ago missed my life up. I’m not blaming anyone but myself! I made a du...mb decision and paid the price for it. Not being able to apply for certain jobs because of this one thing holding me back was killing me. McLean county actually opposed expunging my records at the first court case hearing for some strange reason. Even with it being my first time ever being charged with anything back in 2010. Mind you that I haven’t been in any trouble with the law since, and they still opposed it. Mrs. Riley not only kept fighting for me but she recently came to the second court hearing with more fire power or (Black Girl Magic) as they say than enough to where they had no choice but to expunge those records and give me a second chance at living, living without restrictions as far as my criminal record and applying for real jobs where I can really take care of my family the right way goes. I appreciate you taking time out of your life to help me get this cases expunged off my record. TMH is most definitely going to bless you more than you ever know for doing the things you do for the community. APTTMH!!

Yolanda is one of the most wonderful lawyers that I have ever encountered! I was devastated when I found out that I still had something on my record from the age of 16!
