I called Dick B. "Rich" Williams shortly after being injured in an auto accident Dec '06 that was not my fault. He referred me to another attorney in the area who they had some history with, and promised to keep up with my case. Main source of contact was through e-mails. Mr. Williams would not respond to questions raised during our correspondence. He would not respond to e-mails without reminders to do so. Looking back I feel I would have gotten much faster results with a different attorney. Mr. Williams gave me the impress...ion my case was not important to him. That's why I switched lawyers when my case reached the court stage, even that did not prompt any response.
