Eviction
I would NEVER recommend Alex Davis to anyone. I hired him to pursue an eviction on a property prior to COVID 19. Months passed, with no results and nothing accomplished in court. It wasn’t until I went to court with him, that I realized he wasn’t the right attorney for the job. He was extremely nervous around the defendant’s attorney and never stood up for his own client. The tenant owed almost $35,000 and I received NOTHING after it was all said and done. No eviction, no payments…after I was told numerous times by him both the defendants attorney and he agreed payments must begin. He is extremely unqualified for this type of litigation. DO NOT make the same mistake. Hire an experienced attorney who has your best interests in mind.

Dear Reviewer, The details provided are not consistent with any case I have handled. I would be happy to address any specific concerns if you will provide information which will allow me to determine what case or client you are referring to in your review. As a general note, the pandemic Eviction Moratorium, Foreclosure Moratorium, and Consumer Debt Collection Moratorium did and does leave many landlords without recourse to collect payments to which they would generally be legally entitled.
