I’ve hired Jason Netzley for criminal defense, DUI, and to recover a stolen dog. All 3 separate cases. I could not have asked for a better lawyer who cares about his clients and with his knowledgeable staff including Nicole Moews, they flat out get the job done. All 3 of these cases were very differe...nt and I received the results I was looking for in all 3. The criminal defense was handled swiftly and with little consequence. For the DUI Netzley and staff had me fully prepared and got my drivers license reinstated on the first try with no restrictions. For the stolen dog he put together a strong case, communicated constantly, was prepared to go to war for me, and got my dog returned to me in a prompt manner of time. Mr. Netzley and his paralegal were hired to help my daughter regain her driver's permit after it was removed since she is a medical marijuana patient under the age of 18. Both he and his paralegal were wonderful at navigating new territory and law in filing her medical reports, contacting the correct... offices and making sure everything was in order. All of his staff was prompt, professional and terrific to work with on every level. My daughter now has her permit and will be taking her driver's test shortly.

I hired Mr. Netzley to help get my license back. Admittedly I enjoyed his commercial on tv, which drew me in to his office. Him and his assistant were very helpful and friendly, assisting me throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable, proficient, and know all the ins and outs pertaining t...o the DMV Hearing process. They helped me with everything along the way, fulfilling all of the state-imposed requirements. Mr. Netzley even found an error made by the DMV while going through my driving record. He went out of his way to get the mistake corrected, which in turn had a positive effect on my driving record. He is very pleasant and friendly to work with, but like his commercial suggests, “a beast in the courtroom.”
