Jason Netzley is not the "legal representative he makes himself out to be. Very dishonest and misleading. Do not waste your hard earned money on Jason Netzley. He will NOT work for you and he has no conscience about taking money from you. You will likely be informed by one of his ad-lib lega...l assistants that Jason has a tendency to treat his clients like crap all the while warming up to the opposing party. He did it to me and he will do it to you. Jason literally has placed my life in literal danger with his anti-client methods of practice. Report him to the Illinois Bar if he has screwed you over with his formatted false promises. He should not be allowed to practice law anywhere

On two separate occasions about two years apart, Jason took on traffic-related cases for my husband and then myself (mine was a speeding issue). Both were serious situations with terrifying potential outcomes that could completely wreck our futures as small business owners and a newly married couple ...who had just moved out of state. I called Jason very last minute and he still agreed to take on my case. He was efficient, answered my questions in a way that left me satisfied, and stood right next to me as I had to stand in front of the judge. He got me the best outcome possible in my situation. My husband's case from two years ago ended up getting tossed out by the judge anyway, but we felt confident that Jason would have won the case had it not been that way. He taught us a lot of valuable tips for the future, as well. Many reviews say he's expensive, and he may be, but I've never heard of a lawyer that isn't expensive. I would (and will) recommend Jason for any traffic-related issue for anyone in the Peoria area.

My wife was assigned Mr. Netzley in a family court case. He seemed knowledgeable but not very attentive and always very rushed. Recommended my wife pleading guilty, which got her crucified by the judge. Then offered to try to further help her pro bono if we got him the information he needed. I pr...omptly sent the information with no reply for weeks, then received a letter on a Saturday saying if she didn't reply by Friday he would consider our case closed. She called and left a message explaining and I re-sent the information by fax and email. She called on Monday and was told they received all her information by the desk. Called again a few days later because she never heard from Mr. Netzley and was told he was not representing her by the desk.
