Knowledgeable, efficient, effective and personable

We are very pleased with Rob Hills and his work with us and with those with whom we disagreed in certain legal matters. He effectively worked through issues where a local nursing home attempted to hold us responsible for my brother's medical costs, simply because I was the medical power of attorne...y for my brother. Rob clearly showed the court that just because I was with my brother at times when he attempted to resolve his issues with the nursing home, I was in no way responsible for any of the costs. The nursing home's claims against me were dismissed. On another matter, a local bank attempted to foreclose on home and business property, based on a business note on which they insisted on personal property as collateral when the note was renewed. Through his knowledge of procedures, and by skilfully applying the specifics of our circumstances to this case, Rob was able to delay action for a sufficient time to allow additional funds to be raised which paid off the bank in full and removed all threat of a foreclosure. During the legal action, Rob provided excellent counsel, determined and had corrected certain issues with the bank's actions, and worked closely with us on a basis of very good legal knowledge coupled with common sense. Rob Hills has been and is a most pleasant and courteous attorney with whom to deal and we have great confidence in his efforts and in his abilities. His skills and knowledge of Illinois law, coupled with his attitude and recommendations, allowed a successful outcome to what could have been a messy situation with extending issues for us and for the bank. While I do not speak for the bank, I can say without reservation that we have found Robert Jacob Hills to be an excellent attorney and accomplished legal counsel and we would use again and we would not hesitate to recommend him to friends, family, and business associates.. Utmost professional regarding legal advice/counsel

I highly recommend Rob for legal counsel. He worked with us from day one establishing all specifics/details related to our real estate transaction. He was exceptionally responsive to our needs and questions from the onset and all the way through closing.
