Had Mr Zuckerman as my divorce and settlement attorney. Had to do divorce first to continue getting Cobra health insurance. After divorce done Zuckerman ghosted me. He wouldn't return my phone calls or emails. I was never given any reason why he dumped my case. I ended up having to find a new attorne...y for divorce settlement. After 24 years of marriage with domestic abuse, ex received our paid off house, all the farmland. I only received $15, 000, all the martial debt and my dance studio building which took 4 years to sell with only $6000 after payoff. I now only receive $1433 a month from Social Security with a $1069 mortgage payment and $175 supplement payment. Ex receives $70, 000 a year farmland rent after taxes and $14,400 a year from Social Security. I count on a Link card for food and government assistance for winter utilities. Thank you Mr Zuckerman and Marshall County judicial system for continuing the domestic abuse into financial abuse. (BTW, ex had three relatives working at the Marshall County Courthouse. Tried to have the divorce removed from county, yet Judge Scott Shore denied it bc he was in cohoots with my ex's family. ) The Illinois divorce laws are suppose provide a woman the same type of life style was accustomed to during marriage. Not when the court system is corrupt. I was up-to-date with my bill with Mr. Zuckerman.
