Biography
Before James P. LeFante opened his own personal injury law office, he worked for some of the same insurance companies he goes up against today. His particular niche was medical malpractice. It was not an inspiring line of work: Attorneys worked hard to devise ways to deprive injured persons or their survivors of the benefits promised to them in their policies.
