My divorce was quite straightforward, the ex and I had little in terms of assets to divide, and we had already reached a tentative agreement regar...ding the living arrangements for our son. Given the relative simplicity of the situation, the case was able to get resolved quickly and efficiently. I felt the fee's assessed in my case were accurate, and no billed time was wasted on the law office's end. Mr. Murphy was able to give good advice in terms of shaping the settlement to meet the original expectations, whilst providing me protections in the agreement I had not thought to consider. There was outside-the-box thinking used regarding the division of liabilities the ex and I had accrued that gave me a good result going forward in life. There were a few surprises from the other side of the case regarding custody as we neared the court date. Mr. Murphy and his associates were able to give me good advice to remain calm, and to provide other strategies in the event that adjustments would need to be made, so my time with with my son would be protected. Overall, I was pleased with the efficiency and efficacy of Mr. Murphy and his team. I got an adequate amount of time with my son in the parenting agreement, and I got the good result I was hoping for when the divorce had concluded. If I have any future legal needs regarding the situation, I will not hesitate to hire Mr. Murphy again.
