Not aggressive enough

Unorganized office staff, unsure if too busy, or lack of communication. Continually asked for information to be resent and when doing so charged per email. Asked for same information and emails sent prior 3 times. Good defense lawyer but not aggressive enough to go after attorney fees when my ex husband was in contempt. My bill kept increasing when I felt like I did most of the leg and paperwork.
