I have handled and tried numerous contested cases, including allocation of parental responsibility, previously known as custody and visitation, interstate child removal cases and adoptions. I have also handled and tried numerous contested Orders of Protection. I have experience with complex divorce issues, including asset division, marital business valuations, child support, and spousal maintenance for both men and women. I focus on reasonable settlements of cases, but welcome the opportunity to fully litigate a matter if the parties require a judge's decision.
