When in person consultation is not feasible initial contact by e-mail or telephone works great. Our philosophy is to assist our clients in avoiding probate whenever reasonably possible. When probate is necessary we believe in settling estates as soon as the law will allow resulting in a minimum of expense and hassle for everyone.

Our law firm handles all varieties of residential and commercial real estate transactions. We prepare all of the legally required contracts, disclosure forms, and other documents necessary to close the transaction. We even provide title insurance in connection with all of these transactions. Perhaps most importantly we strive to be price competitive and we understand that "time is of the essence" regarding your transaction and will provide same day or next day service in most cases.

Persons injured outside of the workplace under circumstances giving rise to liability claims against responsible parties and their insurance carriers has been a regular component of law practice for in excess of 30 years. All of the consultations are free and we offer free case evaluations. We handle these matters on a contingency fee basis ranging from 20 percent to 1/3 of the total recovery. Further on the smaller claims (unlike the big firms) our fee never exceeds the client's portion.
