Mr. Dittmer handled a case for me recently that had multiple charges. In my opinion, he went above and beyond. I believe that the prosecution had a slam dunk case and Mr Dittmer could have said that I was facing an absolute mandatory minimum sentence of so many days in jail. Mr Ditmer was cognitive e...nough and thorough enough to prove that the State's time to impose the mandatory min had ln lapsed. The State began on what seemed to be the next slam dunk to get me charged and Kurt was able to get everything dismissed. He'll do you right, and if need be I'd not only make him my first choice as a Defence Attorney, I'd have no problem recommending him to anyone.

Mr. Dittmer handled an estate for the family. It took me several days to make contact with him. When I finally did have a phone conversation with him, he was unprofessional and extremely rude. I had to ask him to stop interrupting me when I was attempting to ask him questions. He tried to evade ques...tions and tried to over talk me with lawyer jargon. He sent a packet of papers that he expected me to sign and didn't like being told no I am not going to sign a paper that I accept the will without seeing it. He was very rude that he/his office staff didn't send it. I hope my dealings with him are complete because to talk to him again would make me ill.
