Craig Fredrick Pierce

I hired Craig Pierce for a probation violation for a .09 dui and marijuana residue. His price was $5000. The first 2 court appearances Mr. Pierce sent his assistant to court with me. The third appearance Mr. Pierce (no longer had his assistant working for him) showed up to court and informed me that ...the states attorney would not lower his first offer of 2 years in the department of corrections so the best thing would be to " Pour my heart out to the judge" and explain that I havnt been in trouble since. I decided it was time to hire a new lawyer. Mr. Pierce gave a BRIEF printout of how my $5000 was used. Therefore I got back NOTHING. My next attourney actually worked and got me 10 days in the county jail.

made the case sound worse than it was according to other lawyers. Charged way to much and did nothing. Used me as a bargaining tool for someone else case. After almost 2 years he turned the case over to a new guy he hired that was fresh out of law school because he went on vacation. Did not communica...te with me hardly at all.
