Mr. Wilson has over 20 years experience focused on Social Security Disability, workers’ compensation, and civil litigation. He has successfully represented thousands of clients in cases before the Illinois Workers’ Compensation Commission and in hearings before the Social Security Administration. He has successfully tried numerous cases involving motor vehicle accidents, construction accidents, employment disputes, and premises liability. He holds the second largest personal injury jury verdict in Marshall County. Additionally, he has Appellate Court experience, having successfully handled numerous appeals in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury.
Mark M. Wilson was born in Freehold, N.J., in 1970. He graduated from West Chester University in 1992 and from the Widener University School of Law in 1995. He was admitted to practice in the State of Illinois in 1996.
