Poor customer service. He would not listen to what i needed him to do. Had to hire another attorney to make sure he finished his job. He wasted a lot of money on estate close out and selling of house. He does not use email, there is one email address that everyone shares in his office and you get a d...ifferent person each time. He would use formal letters to communicate by mail instead of email so he can overcharge. There was a week delay in all communication because of this. He would pay people before my approval of services that i did not need.
