Nick was admitted to the practice of law in 2010. For the first five and a half years of his career he worked for the LaSalle County State’s Attorney’s office. During his time at the State’s Attorney’s office Nick prosecuted numerous misdemeanors and felonies. As an associate with Bernabei, Balestri & Fiocchi he practices criminal defense as well as concentrates in residential real estate transactions, estate planning, probate estate matters, and guardianship. His professional associations include LaSalle County Bar Association, Bureau County Bar Association, Illinois State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and Illinois Valley Area Chamber of Commerce and Economic Development. Nick received his Bachelor degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2006. His Doctor of Jurisprudence was earned at Northern Illinois University in 2010.

Legal Structure
Mr. Balestri helped me set up the LLC for my practice. I don't have a clue when it comes to the legal structure of properly running a business but Nick was able to answer all my questions and concerns in great detail. I would advise Mr. Balestri to anyone!
