Creditor objected to debtors' proposed 36-month plan, and to debtors' means test deductions to reduce their repayment obligation to unsecured creditors. While the court held that the debtors' plan ter ... m must be 60 months, it upheld debtors' use of means test deductions for secured debt being surrendered in plan, as well as the greater of the actual secured debt expense for leased vehicle versus the local standard for vehicle ownership/lease expense.
