This woman should not be practicing law in any capacity. Not only is she unprofessional, but she charges for things that she did NOT do, but she neglects to do the things she is SUPPOSED to do. Overcharges, Postpones at client’s expense
Michelle petitioned to postpone my case several times at my expense. We’d get into the court room, and she’d ask for another continuance without my consent. I went to another lawyer and the matter was resolved in 15 minutes.

All promise, no delivery
Waited for months for a court date, Ms. Schurman called in sick, kicking my case down the road another 6 weeks. Then on finding I was running low on cash, filed to withdraw her services saying that she believed I was unhappy, she never spoke with me in person about it, just an email. Huge waste of 2K...

Horrible
was overcharged repeatedly. Never followed up. Doesn't seem to have a clear understanding of the law.

Awesome lawyer
