William Thomas Phares

Attorney William Phares is the least aggressive and most incompetent attorney I have had the misfortune of dealing with. He claimed to represent our cause while doing NOTHING. We hired him for a closing and he did nothing to protect our interests. He is ALL TALK and NO action. He told us to "sit tigh...t" and he would take care of everything and after that he ducked our calls, didn't file necessary paper work, didn't prepare any paperwork (deeds, death certificates etc.), didn't even contact the opposing parties lawyer (who is his buddy) about any of our requirements, and then dropped us as clients without any due notification. This was over a period of three months with the end result that we have experienced undue stress and aggravation in an already stressful situation involving my widowed senior mother. He took advantage of our trust and we will be filing a complaint with the ARDC. If you want incompetency and a total LACK of representation make sure you hire him to "represent" you.
