I hired this worthless lawyer to handle a high profile case and John would not return calls also his Secretary has caller ID and would not accept calls from me. Several times John failed to file papers for motions and didn't even show up for court a few times, I believe John M Nelson just wants to ge...t paid and not do his job, he is very good at collecting money and promising you the world! Beware if you hire him!!!

I retained John to represent me in a divorce. I went 3 months without any form of contact, and eventually retained another lawyer. Mr. Nelson missed court appearances, did not file my NTF documents, yet emailed me to confirm they were filed. If you need to speak to someone in his office, you should... borrow a random cell phone. If the secretary recognizes your number, she will not answer. I am back to square one with my divorce, I now need to pay my new attorney do do what I paid John to do, and I've wasted 8 months. If you do hear from him, he will tell you about his political campaign. I spoke to him two times in 8 months!!
